Event Decoration Agreement & Policy

  1. Ownership of Decorations
    All decorations, props, fabrics, stands, lighting, and other setup elements remain the property of the decorator. The client is renting them for the duration of the event only.
  2. No Self-Removal or Adjustments
    Clients and guests must not remove, move, or adjust any decorations without the decorator’s permission. Only the decorator or authorized staff may handle the setup or takedown.
  3. Responsibility for Damages
    The client is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or stains to the decorations during the rental period. A fee will be charged to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
  4. Safety Notice
    Decorations are not permanently attached to walls or ceilings. Please ensure that children are supervised and do not pull, climb on, or play with any part of the setup.
  5. No Taking Items
    All decorative elements, including flowers, balloons, fabrics, candles, and accessories, must remain on-site. Guests or organizers are not allowed to take any items after the event.
  6. Setup and Takedown Schedule
    Set-up and takedown times will be scheduled individually with the client and the venue. The venue owner will provide access to the venue at the agreed-upon times.
  7. Payment Policy
    A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (or within 5 days of reservation) to secure the date.
    The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the event date.
  8. Cancellation Policy
    If the client cancels the service less than 14 days before the event, any amount paid for materials will not be refunded.
  9. Use of Photos
    The decorator reserves the right to take and use photos of the decorations for the portfolio and promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.), without sharing any personal client information.
  10. Agreement
    Booking the service and paying the deposit indicate the client’s understanding and acceptance of this policy.
